- REPETRO-SPED - Special customs regime for the export and import of goods intended for research and extraction activities related to oil and natural gas deposits.
- REPETRO-INDUSTRIALIZAÇÃO - Special regime for the industrial processing of goods intended for the exploration, development, and production of oil, natural gas, and other fluid hydrocarbons.
- DRAWBACK - Suspension, Exemption, or Refund of Taxes
- IN 513/05 - Customs warehouse for goods intended for the exploration and extraction of oil and natural gas deposits under construction or conversion in the country.
- EX-TARIFF - Temporary reduction of the import tax rate on capital goods (BK) and information technology and telecommunications goods (BIT), as listed in the Mercosur Common External Tariff (TEC), when there is no equivalent domestic production. Its main benefits are direct reduction of the Import Tax, indirect reduction of other taxes in the import process (IPI/ICMS), and a positive effect on EBITDA.
