With this goal in mind, we have developed and implemented a fully computerized Integrated Customs Management System (SGI). Built on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, the system focuses on optimizing operational processes by integrating data and information in a single location. Interconnected with Siscomex, the system is also capable of keeping information up to date in real time through robot-automated workflows. Access is available via the web and through the app, which can be used in both Desktop and Mobile versions.
To enhance convenience and customer interaction with our processes, we developed the Corintos Tracking App, which combines the main tools of the integrated system with the app’s exclusive features, such as:
- Cargo tracking and control
- Daily follow-up on import and export processes
- Monitoring of special customs procedures and deadlines
- Management of foreign exchange contracts
- Customized financial and operational reports with timelines and comparisons for cost and performance analysis
- Invoice summary and copies of all process documents
- Access to the Mantra dashboard
